In every district, there are a few who don’t just wear the Rotaract pin—they embody everything it stands for. In District 9104, Rtr Olive Naa Asheley Addo, the District Rotaract Representative Elect (DRRE) for the 2024/2025 Rotary year, is unmistakably one of those few.

Her journey in service is not just admirable—it’s iconic.

Rtr Olive’s Rotaract story started in 2016 at the Rotaract Club of University of Ghana, where she quickly became a fixture in club leadership. From Deputy Public Relations Director to Vice President, and eventually Club President, she didn’t just serve—she transformed every role she occupied. It was clear early on that her leadership wasn’t by chance; it was a calling.

But her impact didn’t stop at campus borders.

In the spirit of Service Above Self and a vision for sustainable impact, Olive stepped into the role of Charter President of the Rotaract Club of Accra East Legon (RoCAEL). With the unwavering support of the Rotary Club of Accra West and a team of passionate charter members, the club was officially chartered. Under Olive’s dynamic leadership, RoCAEL didn’t just launch—it thrived. The club quickly carved out a space in the district through impactful service projects, strong partnerships, and a vibrant culture that reflects the very best of Rotaract.

From Club to District: A Rising Star

With a track record like hers, it’s no surprise that Olive was appointed Assistant District Rotaract Representative (ADRR) in the 2023/2024 Rotary year. And now, as the DRRElect for District 9104, she stands ready to shape the future of Rotaract in Ghana and beyond.

Her Rotaract résumé sparkles with highlights:

  • Attendee of four District Learning Assemblies and Conferences (DLAC)
  • Delegate at the Rotaract Africa Summit in Uganda
  • Proven capacity for mentorship, governance, and growth

But Olive is more than the titles she’s held. She is a mentor, a visionary, and most importantly, a servant leader.

The Professional Behind the Passion

Outside Rotary, Olive is just as formidable. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Labour Law and Practice, both from the University of Ghana. She’s also a certified Professional in Human Resources Management (PHRi) and a proud member of the Association of Certified HRs (ACHR).

Currently, she serves as the Human Resource and Admin Manager at EON Engineering Solutions Ltd, where her leadership, once again, speaks for itself.

Looking Ahead

As DRRE, Olive brings nearly a decade of Rotaract experience, an unstoppable work ethic, and a heart that beats for service. With her at the helm in the coming Rotary year, District 9104 isn’t just in good hands—it’s in the hands of someone who’s been there, built that, and is ready for more.

Come July 1, 2025, DRRE Olive will step into her role as District Rotaract Representative, ready to lead District 9104 into a new era of inspired service and impactful leadership.

So here’s to Rtr Olive Naa Asheley Addo, RoCAEL’s own, District 9104’s pride, and Rotaract’s bright future.
