As part of the grand finale of our fifth anniversary celebrations, the Rotaract Club of Accra East Legon proudly made a heartfelt donation to the Hope Ministries Orphanage Home. This initiative was not just a symbol of gratitude for how far we’ve come, but also a reaffirmation of our commitment to service above self.

The visit, which took place on 6th March,2025, was filled with warmth, smiles, and meaningful moments. Club members presented the orphanage with essential supplies including food items, toiletries,  and clothing. The donation aimed to support the daily needs of the children and to bring them joy and comfort.

Hope Ministries Orphanage Home has long been a beacon of hope for vulnerable children, providing shelter, education, and care. Partnering with them during this milestone was a natural choice for us, as their mission aligns closely with our core values of compassion, community development, and youth empowerment.

Speaking during the presentation, RP Divine Mawuena, the Club President, remarked, “This donation is a reflection of the love and dedication our club has for community development. Celebrating five years of impactful service wouldn’t have been complete without giving back to those who inspire us the most  the children.”

The day also included storytelling and an interactive session between club members and the children, creating memories that will last a lifetime. It was a day filled with laughter, gratitude, and hope a perfect conclusion to our anniversary celebrations.
